Our Core Promise

We collect only the bare minimum information needed to process your order and deliver your credentials. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone — ever. Once your subscription is delivered, we have no reason to keep most of your information, and we delete it.

2. What We Do NOT Do

  • ❌ We do not use tracking cookies or behavioural fingerprinting.
  • ❌ We do not build user profiles or store browsing history.
  • ❌ We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
  • ❌ We do not use third-party analytics providers that retain your data.

3. Cookies

We use only one session cookie to keep you logged in during checkout. This cookie expires when you close your browser. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party cookies other than the live-chat widget (Tawk.to) which you can disable at any time by clicking the chat icon.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). We do not store payment card numbers — payment is processed externally by your payment provider. Our servers are hardened and access to customer data is restricted to a small number of authorised team members.

5. Your Rights

You have the full right to:

  • Access — request a copy of any information we hold about you.
  • Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") — ask us to delete all your data at any time. We will do so within 48 hours.
  • Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to any processing of your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever need to change this policy in a way that reduces your privacy protections, we will email you at least 14 days before the changes take effect. You will always have the right to request deletion of your data before changes apply.
