1. Agreement Overview

By placing an order with GoFru TV you enter into an agreement that is deliberately written in plain English and designed to maximise your rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any statutory consumer rights you are entitled to by law.

2. What We Promise You

  • We will deliver your streaming credentials as quickly as possible after payment is received — our target is within 30 minutes during business hours.
  • All advertised channels and features will be available for the full duration of your subscription.
  • If a service outage on our side lasts more than 24 hours, we will extend your subscription by the same number of days — free of charge, automatically.
  • Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
  • We will never throttle or degrade your service without prior notice.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Customer-Friendly)

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee — if you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Trial Credit — if you experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are entitled to either a full refund or a free month added to your plan.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellations made mid-cycle will receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

4. Fair Use

GoFru TV is for personal, household viewing only. Each subscription connection is for one concurrent stream. You agree not to resell or redistribute the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in reselling, however we will always contact you first and give you 48 hours to respond before any action is taken.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9 % uptime. Planned maintenance will always be announced 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance will be communicated as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp, and any downtime beyond 4 hours will be compensated with account credit.

6. Pricing & Renewals

  • All prices are quoted clearly before checkout — there are no hidden fees.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your explicit consent.
  • If our prices increase, existing customers will keep their current rate for the remainder of their active subscription and will be given at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We will never be liable for indirect or consequential losses. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or fraud on our part, or to any statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

8. Changes to These Terms

If we need to update these terms, we will email you at least 14 days before any changes take effect. You will always have the right to cancel and receive a pro-rated refund if you disagree with any change.
